Asphalt Infrared Repairs
We use infrared heat to bond new asphalt with existing surfaces, creating a seamless and long-lasting repair. Ideal for potholes, sunken catch basins, utility cuts, and trip hazards — without the need for saw cuts or full excavation.

About the service
Infrared asphalt repair is a fast, cost-effective way to fix localized damage without removing large sections of pavement. We use a high-temperature infrared heater to reheat the existing asphalt, allowing us to blend in new material and create a seamless bond. No saw cuts, no cold joints — just smooth, durable results.
Why it's better
1. Seamless bond with existing asphalt (no cut lines)
2. Quick turnaround with minimal disruption
3. Lower cost compared to traditional remove-and-replace
4. Ideal for fixing sunken drains, potholes, utility cuts, and trip hazards
How it works
We position a Ray-Tech infrared heater over the damaged area and heat it for about 7–10 minutes. Once the asphalt is soft, we rake and remove any bad material, add new hot mix as needed, then lute and compact the surface to a smooth finish. The end result is a clean, bonded patch that looks and performs like new.
